this one has more zhuzh to it than your usual fare, even if it was mildly so. i like the shape of the bass its very chorusy, very demure. i was a lot happier with the second drop than the first personally, though i think your choice in drum sounds isn't great in this setting, the rest of the soundscape goes crazy. love that guitar too, so spacey. you've got liquid dnb down to a science my dude.

i dont think chillstep is around very much anymore but this certainly counts. that kick comes on strong for this stuff man, i wouldve loved something softer and less muddy, especially in a sub heavy focused thing like this (or maybe just heavy sidechain? idk something feels muddy about it). otherwise i dont really have much to complain about here. it certainly is what it says on the box.

You didn't really have me in the early part of the first drop but as soon as that pad comes back in I am blessed. Good old 5tanley liquid dnb. That trance gate blasted me back to 2008 too.
I kinda wish there was more in the bridge, I'll admit, but as soon as the second drop kicks in, that vocal doesn't feel as lonely as the piano was in the first one, and when said piano makes a return, I'm vibing again.
Those drums are CLEAN. Very little I don't like about this but nitpicking is the name of the game.
I'll wait eagerly for the next one, however long it takes you man. :)
